Regions We Support
We are proud to be working alongside educators in regions across Canada. Through our regional approach, we provide educators with local resources and support, while also connecting educators with one another through the SOGI Educator Network. There is a dedicated SOGI 123 webpage for educators in each participating region, with resources for creating safer and more inclusive learning environments for students of all sexual orientations and gender identities.

Atlantic Canada
Educators in Atlantic Canada have been connecting to SOGI 123 resources and supports since 2022, through collaboration with education organizations, community organizations, and school districts.

British Columbia
The BC SOGI Educator Network was launched as a pilot project at the beginning of the 2016/2017 year by ARC Foundation and nine BC school districts.

Prairies
The Prairies SOGI Educator Network launched in the 2017/2018 school year, starting with three participating school divisions in the Edmonton area of Alberta.

The Yukon SOGI Educator Network was launched at the beginning of the 2023/2024 school year in partnership with the Department of Education.
