The Common Questions About SOGI in Schools – Sample Scripts for Educators resource was created in collaboration with educators and parents, to support educators in addressing some of the most common questions being asked about SOGI-inclusive education. This resource offers some sample scripts that educators can use when engaging in conversations with caregivers or other community members. These speaking points can be helpful for finding common ground and bringing the discussion back to student safety and well-being, while avoiding entering debates about different theories, philosophies and the meanings or merits of individual worldviews.
