Learning Module: Curriculum Resources

When SOGI topics appear in the curriculum, all students feel included. This 40-minute learning module enables educators to brainstorm how and where they can implement SOGI in their curriculums. It also shows how to access SOGI resources (books, videos, lesson plans) on this website and encourages educators to set a personal goal to implement a lesson plan in their classes.

SOGI 123 Learning Modules are designed for engaging other educators in a customized or out-of-the-box learning experience. This module includes a video, an editable PowerPoint presentation, and a Facilitator’s Guide—complete with speaker’s notes, discussion questions, activities, and worksheets.
